I have had two recent visits to the Higginbothams Cisco store for repair on my Stihl chain saw. Andy, the stores Stihl repair specialist was able to troubleshoot my saws on the spot on both occasions. During my second visit, he not only repaired my saw, he discovered that I had the wrong carburetor which was installed by another Stihl dealer. My saw now runs like it did when it was new, thanks to Andy. Andy is not only an excellent Stihl repair specialist, he is polite and courteous, an irreplaceable asset to the Higginbothams team in Cisco. Due to his expertise, the Cisco store as a customer for life.
Always helpful and willing to go out of the way to get you what you need at reasonable price. The staff is always courteous and the manager is top notch. This is the go to store in Cisco for repair and home improvement projects if they don't have it in store they most likely be able to order it for you.
