I hope this review was helpful, please take my advice don't stay here if you have dogs.

Good for overnight stop.

Good overnight stop. Easy in & out with our 40' MH. Fair rate of $25 for FHU. NO interstate noise problem for us. Very woodsy & quiet. Would stop here again.

Oh a one other thing, we had been here all of a month, when the electric box outside melted the head of the electric plug that goes to the RV, Mr. Andersons response was that he had not received any other reports of the electric causing a problem. With all of this being said please don't choose to live here or even rest for a while Mr. Anderson will charge you a arm and a leg.

This is a run down place, there are no showers, no laundry, and the owner Mr. Ted Anderson is anything but nice. If you have pets of any kind they are not welcome, I personally have two dogs, one being a puppy that barks, now let me say this has any one been around a dog that does not bark? My husband myself, our daughter and 2 grand children have been here three months, in that short period of time I was told that my dogs bark to much, so yesterday Mr. Anderson told me that I have to get do something with my dog, in other words give my dogs away if I want to stat here. So I will be moving to a much better RV park out at lake Leon, they are wonderful, all three managers told me that my dogs will not be a problem at all, they understand that dogs will be dogs!!!!!! That they will bark at people they sense to be a threat...
