They were not very busy. I still had to wait a long time on my food and I was in drive-thru I had to pull forward and wait. But the people were nice
Location hard to get in and out of unless you want to fight traffic, and no ice cream cakes
Prompt, curteous service, and the food was good. The only reason for not giving it 5 stars was that an employee was cleaning the drink machine and I had to ask her if we could get ice, even though we'd been standing there waiting for a little while. Also, they weren't all that busy, but some of the tables needed to be wiped off, and there were no napkins at the table where we sat. We picked that table because it was clean.
Next, lately the evening shift seems to be having trouble with getting an order correct. If I want that problem I could go across the street to the competition.
Nice little spot. Driving through Texas proved to be not only long and tiring but with so much desert surrounding you finding a clean and cool place to stop in the middle of nowhere was a real treat for us. Not to mention a great rest stop and opportunity to pick up a couple chocolate covered vanilla icecream cones (for less than $5) now that's amazing!
Come on people, tell the truth about a place and service improves. Constructive criticism is a good thing. There is a young man that work's the drive thru in the evenings that will not let you give your food order without interrupting every 2 seconds.
