Here is what happened.
Recently updated the stall menus!! Looks wonderful!!
The service at the Cisco Sonic is very bad and the workers there are very rude, went to get a bag of the Sonic Ice and they told me that their Ice machine is down and as I ask for a bag for myself and when she the lady that said that I watched them hand out a bag of ice to two other people in different vehicles but yet when I ask for a bag of ice their ice machine is down and this has happened alot lately . and yes I was going to place an order along with getting a bag of ice but when the lady came back and told me that their ice machine was down I just left . The sonic in Cisco it's nasty outside all the time and their inside dinning area isn't clean either . and the restrooms are dirty and the tables on the inside are always sticky and dirty . Sonic in Cisco has and is going down hill . The food isn't very good and customer service isn't good anymore either . The folks that work at the Sonic in Cisco,Texas , doesn't seem to care about their customers that comes to the Sonic to get something to drink or eat . Something needs to be done and soon , Because this Sonic here in Cisco,Texas is getting a bad reputation for everything that they serve . No wonder why people are going somewhere else to get their drinks and food , Who wants to eat a aburnt Cheeseburger and it wasn't even ordered to be burnt .or who wants to eat tator tots that taste like fish . and the drinks they don't care if the person is getting what they order or if the fountain drink is right or if the carbonation in it is right . Got a drink from the Sonic yesterday and it tasted badly and I went back through to let them know about it and all I was told was ok ,they didn't even offer to remake my drink order or nothing .Taylor who is the lady that works the drive through here in Cisco is the most rudest young woman that I have ever met in the fast food business in my life . She (Taylor), Flurts with all the men and young guys that comes through the drive through yes she ( Taylor), has even flurted with me , even with my wife with me . Taylor doesn't care who it is or what she says .This Sonic has to be resused from the previous people and its employees before they wind up having a lawsuit against them .
New restaurant manager?
I went to the drive thru and placed an order for 2 people, they only got half the order. The person working the window acted like it was no big deal. Really? Well guess what, it is a big deal because you are wasting my time.
New shift manager?
Maybe retrain all of the above?
I looked at previous reviews, I was amazed at the good reviews this place received. It's only because people know the kid's that work there and do not want to hurt their feelings but you are only lying to them. Wake up people.
That is what you would call laziness.
It appears that one of the following is needed to correct the problem, or problems.
Which one is honestly needed :
I can tell the owner and management do not care enough to fix any or all problems with this restaurant, if they did then they would not have so many complaints.
New ownership?
slow service and my food was cold that not good if you are going to be slow ,i want hot food
